Appointments
Our office is open Monday - Friday, with hours that can accommodate most any schedule. We know that your time is important, and we work to ensure that your visit happens as professionally and as quickly as possible.
Emergency and After Office Hours:
We hope that you will never experience a dental emergency, but if you do, we want you to know that we are available.
During office hours, if you are having or experience any emergency - such as bleeding, swelling, or trauma - please call us immediately so that we may schedule the best available time for you. We will do everything possible to treat your problem immediately and attend to your needs.
If an emergency occurs after hours, the Doctor can be reached by calling our office, and following the telephone prompts to reach the Doctor by pager. The Doctor will return your call as soon as possible.
Insurance and Billing
We help make dentistry affordable at Crescent Dental
At Crescent Dental, we understand that quality dental care can stretch a budget, and we work hard to make dentistry affordable.
Please contact us to get full details on how.
Payment Options
It is customary to pay for treatment at the time of service. We will do our best to keep patients informed as to their dental treatment cost and estimated responsibility. Our office currently offers several different payment options including payment by cash, check, VISA/MasterCard, Discover, American Express and the Chase Health Advance Card. We are committed to providing excellent dental care and helping patients in choosing the best payment option for their individual needs.
1. Dental Insurance: your insurance is a contract between your employer and a dental insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract negotiated between your employer and the dental insurance company, and not your dental office.
The goal of most dental insurance policies is to provide only basic care for specific dental services. The benefits that you receive from the dental insurance company based on your current insurance plan have nothing to do with your needs or achieving a high-quality, complete result.
